Fund 50 years of budget for a right-sized federal counter-terrorism investigative function to find and prosecute organizations that promote or incite violence, lynch, assault, intimidate or enact crimes of hate in America. More people have died from domestic terrorist events and mass shootings than by foreign perpetrators. It's time to call racist organizations what they are ---domestic terrorist groups, and prosecute them accordingly.
